Granola Bar Recovery

After consuming about 1,000 calories worth of granola bars in pretty rapid succession (I told you I need to leave these in the trunk of my car), I didn’t really need a whole lot of dinner.  This week is my hungry week so I didn’t want to starve myself of actual nutrients to “make up” for all those extra calories I consumed.  So I headed to Zumba, gyrated around the workout room on a full belly and came home and eventually had a light dinner:

Tomorrow is another day and I’ll shake off the granola incident.  I had been feeling headache-y and blah and rundown all day.  Funny how I perked right up with enough oats, dried fruit and agave syrup in my system.  It’s MAGIC!
